The FRUIT OF LABOR WORLD CULTURAL CENTER and Black Workers For Justice hosted a book reading, discussion and signing with a veteran activist Rosemari Mealy, JD, Ph.D, Adjunct Assist. Professor at City College of New York (CUNY).

Fidel & Malcolm X: Memories of a Meeting” sparked lively conversation and insightful lessons.

With the recent death of revolutionary leader Fidel Castro, Commemorations of Black Liberation/Freedom Fighter/revolutionary leader Malcolm X, and the opening of US/Cuba relations by former President Obama and his Administration, there was an enlightening discussion on both the lessons Black Liberation and the Cuban revolution.
